This month we're shining the spotlight on Georgie Johnson, who has been an integral part of the AltTab team for more than 12 months in her role as Strategic Alliances and Partnerships Manager.
Since joining AltTab, Georgie has played a key role in building and strengthening relationships with our partners, helping create opportunities that deliver value for both our clients and our business.
We recently sat down with Georgie to learn more about her journey, what drives her, and her experiences as part of the A-Team.
❔ Why did you want to join AltTab?
"I wanted to join AltTab because I could immediately sense the genuine, collaborative energy within the team. It’s important to me to work somewhere that values people, partnerships, and growth - not just in words, but in action. AltTab’s culture felt like a place where I could connect, contribute, and grow alongside others who are just as passionate about making a real impact."
❔ What’s a key strength you use in your work?
"A key strength I bring to my work is the ability to connect with people in a real and genuine way. I love taking the time to understand what drives others, finding common ground, and building partnerships that feel natural and inspiring. I believe when you focus on people first, great things naturally follow."
❔ How do you ensure good communication with clients and your team?
"For me, good communication is all about making sure everyone feels included and informed every step of the way. It’s important to take people along on the journey - when everyone understands the 'why' behind what we’re doing, collaboration and trust usually follow."
❔What are your goals for the rest of 2026?
As AltTab continues to grow, my focus is on building a scalable partner ecosystem that supports our customers, vendors and team. I’m looking forward to helping drive that growth throughout the remainder of 2026.
