This month, Jenna Blake celebrates 12 months as our Client Experience Specialist, supporting projects and customer delivery. To mark the milestone, we asked Jenna a few questions about her journey, skills, and life at AltTab.
❔ Why did you want to join AltTab?
"I was drawn to AltTab’s strong customer focus and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and clients. I also loved the collaborative environment and the chance to contribute not only to delivery, but to improving processes, service offerings, and how we operate as a team."
❔ What core skills do you bring to your role?
"A key strength a Project Manager brings is the human element - ensuring customer concerns are heard and clearly understood so technical teams can deliver effectively. I bring strong coordination and delivery capability, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and financial tracking to keep projects on course and achieving expected outcomes. I’m also confident working across technical initiatives, translating requirements into clear and practical delivery plans."
❔ One piece of advice for someone starting out in the industry?
"Stay curious and open to learning from those around you. Technology and ways of working evolve quickly, so asking questions, continuously learning, and embracing new challenges will help you grow faster."
❔ How would you describe the culture at AltTab?
"AltTab’s culture is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. People are approachable and always willing to help, which makes it easy to work across teams and solve problems together. There’s a strong sense of trust and ownership - you’re encouraged to take initiative while knowing the wider team has your back. It creates a positive and enjoyable environment to be part of."
