The Brisbane IT Social last Friday night was another great reminder of the impact our industry can make when we come together. It was a fun (and at times rowdy!) night but most importantly, it helped raise funds for Hummingbird House Brisbane, Queensland’s only children’s hospice.
Charles and Simon also had the privilege of visiting Hummingbird House last week, and a huge thank you to Aschleigh Perring and Claire Wilson for taking us through the home and sharing the stories behind the care they provide. Seeing firsthand the compassion, dignity, and support offered to children and families during some of their toughest moments was incredibly humbling.
