I have returned from an incredible few days at #Pax8Beyond in Amsterdam!
This year’s event was all about innovation, intelligence, and community. The message was clear: The future belongs to those who build it.
Highlights for me:
✅ Learning how AI & Agents are shaping the future of our industry and how MSPs can transform to support clients through this journey.
✅ Connecting with industry leaders and peers who are shaping the next chapter of cloud and security.
✅ Gaining insights from Hendrika Willemse-Vreugdenhil, whose keynote challenged us to embrace transformation. That innovation & transformation starts with mindset.
✅ Hearing Steven Bartlett deliver messaging packed with bold ideas and challenging us to think and act bigger than ever before. Better. Faster. Cheaper. Easier. And that he "prefers to talk to an AI agent than waiting for a human response" - the buyer has changed. Also, his perspective on leadership and resilience was a powerful reminder that success starts with mindset. "People don't resist change, they resist the identity shift".
💡It's not surprising that both keynotes from speakers with diverse backgrounds emphasised #Mindset being a crucial ingredient for success.
🎶 Capping it all off with an epic closing party headlined by Pete Tong.
