This award recognises Australian projects, campaigns, programs, initiatives, services or offerings that made an end-user customer, partner or distributor’s staff more productive. This includes projects that promote flexible working, enable mobile workforces and create the workplace of the future.
This is what AltTab set out to achieve for our international mining client, with their diverse workforce across multiple locations.
AltTab’s solution involves leveraging the locally broadcasted radio station and integrating it into a custom mobile application tailored for them. This integration not only grants employees access to the radio station regardless of their location but also offers a comprehensive suite of tools, including career opportunities, HR tasks like leave and travel bookings, real-time weather updates from mining sites, and company news.
While we may not have won the Workforce Empowerment Award at the CRN Impact Awards it was still a great night out for Simon Rose and Charles Paramananthan to celebrate being a finalist – that in itself was a great achievement within our first 12 months!!
Being recognised with an award nomination like this within our first 12 months is a really amazing achievement and makes me genuinely excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to grow our business and customers.
